Talks
ICAG, RIAI, Open House
It’s been a busy few weeks with talks and conferences. I presented some preliminary findings from the survey at the ICAG conference in Valencia, then chatting to Pat Kenny on Newstalk, then the RIAI conference and finally the Open House Dublin talk at the Architectural Archive.
As we are only half-way through this two-year project, I could only talk about some preliminary findings, but the feedback so far has been good. I get the feeling that people really want to have all the results, but research takes time and we’ll have to hold off until everything is completed. I am currently in the process of doing the qualitative interviews which are going great. We hope to be able to publish everything next summer.
I am really encouraged by the amount of young women who are interested in the project and can’t wait to have all the results. (Me too!)
